Two Tehama County men have been arrested after drug agents found a lab used to manufacture butane honey oil inside a Gerber home.
On Tuesday, agents with the Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement Task Force served a search warrant at a home in Gerber after receiving information there was a drug lab inside.
Once inside the home agents found evidence of a butane honey oil lab and concentrated cannabis extraction lab.
Agents arrested 26-year-old Jeremy Dryden at the house and have recommended that charges be filed against 30-year-old Alex Seals, who was already in custody at the Tehama County Jail on un-related charges.
Butane honey oil labs are considered extremely dangerous because the manufacturing of the oil involves highly flammable butane and a heat source. Honey oil labs have caused several home and apartment explosions in the North State.
