SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Anti-abortion demonstrators will walk through San Francisco streets and hold a rally in the heart of the city as they seek to change what they say is society's perception that abortion is an answer.

Organizers of the Walk for Life West Coast say participants on Saturday will walk from Golden Gate Park to Civic Center Plaza.

The main event at the Civic Center Plaza will include men and women speaking about how abortion negatively impacted their lives and a speech by Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, Papal Nuncio to the United States since 2011.

It will be the 11th annual march held in San Francisco to mark the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion in the United States 42 years ago.
