WASHINGTON (AP) - Charges are pending after a Maryland man climbed over the White House fence last night.

Twenty-three-year-old Dominic Adesanya was quickly taken into custody after video showed him punching and kicking two Secret Service dogs that were released on him.

Adesanya was taken to a local hospital.

Last month, a man with a knife jumped the White House fence and walked through the mansion's unlocked front door.
