Two people were arrested by Anderson police early Tuesday morning after they allegedly fired a BB gun through the McDonald's drive-thru window because they didn't receive ketchup with their order.
Police responded to reports of a shooting at the McDondald's on McMurray Drive in Anderson at 12:15 a.m. McDonald's employees told police a man and woman in a red car left the restaurant mad, moments later the drive the window had been shot out.
Police found a BB on the ground near the drive-thru window, and two vehicles had holes from similar BBs.
About an hour and a half later police spotted a car matching the description in the Wal-Mart parking lot. The occupants matched the suspect descriptions and three BB guns were found in the vehicle.
Police arrested 40-year-old Cottonwood resident Michael Allan Harvey and 29-year-old Shasta Lake resident, Barbara Jean Moore. Harvey had a felony warrant out of Trinity County, and Moore was found to be on probation and in possession of a fake $100 bill.
Both suspects were booked into the Shasta County Jail.
