Anderson mother, daughter arrested for alleged heroin sales

A mother and daughter who were allegedly selling heroin out of their home in Anderson were arrested Friday morning.

Bobbi Watson, 44, and her daughter Taniesha Coleman, 23, were arrested after the Anderson Problem Oriented Police Unit served a narcotics warrant at their home on Second Street.

Police seized more than 16 grams of heroin, which was packaged for sale, scales, drug paraphernalia, over a pound of marijuana and a small amount of methamphetamine.

Both Watson and Coleman have prior convictions, Coleman was on probation for a prior drug offense.

Both were booked into the Shasta County Jail and face charges related to the sale of narcotics.
