An Anderson couple accused of manufacturing and distributing marijuana pleaded guilty to federal charges Tuesday.

John Lane pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute at least 50 kilograms of marijuana, while his wife, Kelsey Lane, admitted to concealing a felony.

In 2012 authorities searched the couple’s home, a warehouse in Anderson, and the California Patients Collective marijuana dispensary in Redding. The searches yielded thousands of pot plants, thousands of dollars, and led to a federal indictment.

A second warrant was served at the Anderson warehouse in 2013, and authorities found nearly 3,000 more plants.

The couple will be sentenced February 16. John Lane faces 10 years in prison while Kelsey Lane could serve up to three years in prisons.
