The woman accused of shooting and killing four people at an Alturas tribal meeting in February appeared in court today.
Cherie Lash Rhoades appeared in Modoc County Court today with her attorney and according to Modoc County District Attorney Jordan Funk.
With family members of victims looking on, all sides agreed to hold the preliminary hearing on July 9, 2014.
Rhoades, 44, former chairwoman of the Cedarville Rancheria tribe, allegedly shot and killed four people February 20, during a meeting at tribal headquarters about evicting her and her son from tribal land.
