The woman charged with shooting and killing four people during a February tribal meeting in Alturas appeared in court Wednesday.
After two hours of testimony a Modoc County judge ruled that there is enough evidence to try Cherie Lash Rhoades for the murders of Rurik Davis, Angela Penn, Glenn Calonico and Shelia Russo.
Rhoades sat quietly in court as witnesses, including tribal members and Sheriff's Deputies recounted what they saw and heard at and following the February 20 eviction hearing at the Cedarville Rancheria Tribal Office.
Rhoades was arrested outside the office moments after the shooting, but at that time four people were dead including her own niece and two other tribal members.
At this time a trial date has not been set.
