Paradise Police have requested that additional charges be filed against alleged Facebook sex solicitor Jordan Kirby.
Investigators say additional victims came forward after allegations Kirby used Facebook to solicit sex and lewd images surfaced last month.
Paradise Police arrested Kirby Monday May 26, for three counts of oral copulation with a person under the age of 16, three counts of oral copulation accomplished by coercion; one count of sodomy of a person under 16, and one count of sodomy accomplished by coercion.
After interviewing other victims and reviewing evidence investigators have requested Kirby be charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under 14, sodomy with a minor under the age of 16, oral copulation with a minor under 16 and three counts of contact of a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense.
Kirby allegedly used Facebook under the names "Tavus Kole," "Jay Bourne," "Jordan Kirby," and "Alex Tracy" to contact more than 400 women, adults and minors, the majority of whom were from Butte County.
