A Man is Without a Home After a Fire Completely Destroys it

A home in Concow burned to the ground and came dangerously close to igniting a wildfire Monday afternoon. It happened around noon on Aureole road. The home was fully engulfed in flames when Cal Fire firefighters arrived, a man in his mid 60's had to be rescued from the burning house and was taken to the hospital. Crews couldn't save the four-thousand square foot house but they did keep the fire from spreading to vegetation and a nearby home. Three vehicles were destroyed in the fire. The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
