Areas of dense fog have developed throughout the valley overnight, with areas of Chico, Oroville, and Redding reporting visibility down to around a quarter of a mile. The dense fog will continue over the next few hours, before clearing skies return to the region this afternoon. Temperatures are starting out in the mid 40's to low 50's in the valley, and will climb into the high 50's to mid 60's this afternoon.Your Monday morning sunrise is set for 7:25am, and sunset will be at 5:12pm.
Skies are expected to clear throughout the day, and will end up becoming mostly sunny by late in the afternoon. Humidity values will dip to around 55 percent this afternoon, and winds will be up to 10mph out of the North.
Temperatures will climb into the mid to high 60's by the end of the week, and will climb into the 70's this weekend. Skies will clear out over the next few days, and leave the region with mostly sunny skies for your mid to late week forecast.
