80 local artists to perform in Queen-A Night at the Opera

The Uncle Dad's Art Collective and CSU, Chico's AS Productions are partnering to present the largest on-stage collaboration ever at Laxson Auditorium with "Queen - A Night at the Opera" on Saturday, February 13th.

Tickets are selling fast, so act quickly if you hope to attend.

31 years after the British rock band Queen released the album "Night at the Opera" ... the performance will feature a re-imagined version, with classic interpretations of favorites like "You're My Best Friend" and "Bohemian Rhapsody". The show features 80 performers and an array of music, dance and other visual arts.

Uncle Dad's Art Collective is a collaborative venture between local artists that was founded in 2013, and has produced nine large scale theatrical and musical shows along with other events.

Tickets to Queen - A Night at the Opera are $15 for Adults, $13 for Seniors, $10 for Youth and CSUC students. They are available through the University Box Office at 3rd and Chestnut Streets, as well as online at www.chicoperformances.com.
