TROY, Ala. (AP) - Shoppers in a Wal-Mart in Troy, Alabama say they ran for shelter when part of the roof collapsed last night.

A possible tornado ripped through the southeastern part of the state, injuring five people.

Local media say a strong storm cell passed through Troy, about 50 miles southeast of Montgomery. But emergency officials say none of the injuries were serious.

The National Weather Service had issued a tornado warning for Pike County.
