Four new members were inducted into the Hall of Fame. Here's a closer look at them:

Al Darby, a standout local athlete at Durham High School and Chico State. Darby would also go on to have a successful career as a coach and official.

Bill Wells, who among other things starred as a soccer player at Chico State. Wells was also a successful coach at Durham High School.

Alan Azevedo, an orthopedic surgeon and the longtime team physician for Chico State. Azevedo has also helped a lot at the high school level.

Kathy Haines, a coach and big advocate for girls athletics. Haines passed away in 2012.

The other big news of the night was that Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers was named the Chico Sportsperson of the Year.
