BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (AP) - Four people have been charged with kidnapping, torturing and sexually assaulting a couple for days at a Central California marijuana supply store.

The Kern County Sheriff's Office says a man reported to deputies on Sept. 8 that he and a woman had been held at the shop in east Bakersfield.

Authorities say deputies went to the business and found the woman and three suspects there, who were arrested.

Authorities say the fourth suspect, Norik Ter-Galstanyan, was arrested on Sept. 12 as he tried to board a flight to Russia at Los Angeles International Airport.

The district attorney's office on Wednesday said Ter-Galstanyan, Jessi Giron-Miranda, Alexis Marie Pule and Ingo Gonzalez have been charged with crimes ranging from kidnapping and torture to sodomy.

They remain jailed.
