3 arrests made in large-scale North State drug trafficking operation; Oroville man at large

A search warrant, served in Oroville today, lead to several stolen vehicles and a large scale drug operation, with ties to three North State counties.

The investigation started in Yuba County with meth sales, which led a trail to a home on Table Mountain Boulevard in Oroville. While three were arrested today, one Oroville man remains at large tonight..

Yuba/Sutter Narcotics Task Force detectives served a search warrant at a home on Table Mountain Boulevard, where they seized 156 grams of meth, a butane honey oil lab, 18 guns, 2 stolen vehicles and a car engine.
This was one of 3 locations busted today. Valerie Scholan was arrested on a felony warrant, but one person of interest is still unaccounted for.

2 other arrests, Sam Wideman and Brian Rocks, were made at Marysville and Olivehurst locations. Agents there seized 50 pounds of marijuana, 3 grams of meth, 3 stolen vehicles ,6 harley's and a chop shop.

The CHP tri-county probation sweep was part of an operation aimed at reducing auto theft after noticing an increasing trend.
It was a labor intensive operation, that required probation and parole searches of 50 people, in Yuba, Butte and Colusa counties.

Law enforcement made 9 other parole violation arrests in the Tri-County operation.
