SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Police say three armed suspects have held up a Tiffany jewelry store in downtown San Francisco and taken an unknown amount of jewelry.
San Francisco police says the suspects entered the store Wednesday afternoon and ordered everyone to the ground.
They then forced an employee to open several cases and fled the scene with an unknown amount of jewelry.
Authorities didn't release any other details about the robbery.
It is the latest theft in a slew of brazen robberies in San Francisco in the last two months.
Last week, thieves smashed a stolen SUV through the glass doors of the Wells Fargo History Museum in downtown San Francisco and made off with historic gold nuggets on display.
