Officials in Butte County are assessing the damage from last week's storm and trying to determine if any extra resources need to be called in for assistance.
County officials say 21 home and businesses suffered some flood damage, the majority of which were in the communities of Palermo and Nord. Several businesses in Oroville were damaged, and roads were closed all across the county.
County crews have performed more than 100 damage assessments in the last week, assessing road conditions and any other hazards presented as a result of the storm.
Residents who saw damage in their neighborhood can have a county inspector come out to their home or building for assistance by calling the Department of Development Services at 538-7601.
