$10K Offered for Information on Murders, Fires at Ingot Auto Dismantlers

The Shasta Secret Witness has issued its second award listing today, this time offering $10,000 for information regarding the murders and structure fires at the Ingot Auto Dismantlers on October 25.

On the previously mentioned day, fire fighters arrived at the Ingot Auto Dismantlers on Hwy 299 East just after 6 p.m. in response to a call of two separate house fires. As they worked to extinguish the fires, two bodies were located and both had suffered gunshot wounds. The victims were eventually identified as 57-year-old Michael “Mickey” Forsyth and 65-year-old Thomas “Tommy” James Burton.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity is urged to contact the Shasta County Sheriff’s Department or to give their tip anonymously to Secret Witness at 243-2319.
