Winds will be up to 10mph out of the North in the morning, and will then shift to become out of the South to 10mph this afternoon. High temperatures are projected to end up around 10 degrees warmer than yesterday. Valley areas will top out in the low 70's this afternoon, while mountain areas end up in the mid 50's to low 60's. Skies are expected to be mostly sunny for this afternoon, but more clouds will return tonight.
Saturday will be mostly sunny, and even warmer than today. Temperatures are expected to bottom out in the mid to high 40's in the valley on Saturday morning, and in the 30's in most mountain areas. High temperatures are projected to climb into the mid 70's in the valley for Saturday afternoon, and mountain areas will end up in the mid 60's. Overall, Saturday looks like the most comfortable day of your extended forecast, so you may want to take advantage of the comfortable weather on the way.
Cooler temperatures and showers will return to Northern California on Sunday. Temperatures will end up in the mid to high 60's in the valley on Sunday, and showers will return for your afternoon. Showers will persist through Monday afternoon, and temperatures will become even cooler for the start of next week. Valley areas will top out in the high 50's to low 60's in the valley on Monday. Showers will taper off on Monday night, and Tuesday will be dry but cloudy. Another round of wet weather will return on Wednesday afternoon, and last through Thursday morning. Temperatures will then warm back into the low 70's on Thursday afternoon.
