According to the California Highway Patrol, three died in a single car accident early this morning in the area of Yuba-Sutter on Marysville road. The driver Nicholas Hill, passengers Lacey Newman and Taylor Ellis were the young adults killed after being ejected from the 2004 Lexus Sedan while it was rolling after they lost control and hit a tree. One passenger Colton Sullivan did survive and suffered minor injuries. Officers believe alcohol did play a factor in the collision.
