I suppose it will take all these businesses moving to other (non-downtown) locations before the city will crack down on these type of people. It's a rare occasion that any downtown location gets business from our family because it's just not a family friendly environment anymore, people smoking pot everywhere and the overall reputation of stabbings/muggings in the "downtown area" makes this mom of three cautious about where I go when it's just my kids and I.
