NEW YORK (AP) - It didn't get there in time for Christmas, but it could come today or Friday.

UPS and FedEx say poor weather earlier this week and overloaded systems are partly to blame for packages customers were expecting for Christmas not reaching their destinations in time. UPS has brought in extra workers to sort out those delayed packages.

Amazon.com says it will refund some of its customers and give them a $20 credit toward a future purchase.
