Assault with a Deadly Weapon – Up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the person(s) that on 10/19/2013 at approximately 12:30 AM at Pine Street south of Heavenly Donuts, Redding, CA.  As the victim was inside Heavenly Donuts, two males began to verbally assault and badger him.  To avoid any confrontation, the victim left Heavenly Donuts and walked southbound on Pine Street.  Both suspects followed after him and struck him in the head an unknown number of times with large rocks.  The attack caused life threatening injuries.  Both suspects ran off in an unknown direction.  Suspect #1 is described as a white male, approximately 30 yrs old, average build, wearing a dark hat with a stripe, a dark colored jacket and white shirt.  Suspect #2 is described as a white male, approximately 30 yrs old, wearing dark clothing.  Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect’s’ is urged to contact the Redding Police Dept., Investigations Division at 530-225-4214 or to give your tip anonymously to Secret Witness call:  530-243-2319 or go to www.scsecretwitness.com

13-38A             Murder – Up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the person(s) responsible of the murder that on November 3, 2013, at approximately 7: AM, Cal Fire was battling a fire on Bass Pond Road in Millville, CA.  Cal Fire requested the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office to respond to the fire due to finding human remains in the bed of a burnt pickup truck.  The identity of the human remains has not been determined.  Anyone with information regarding this murder is urged to call the Shasta Co. 13-35A             Murder – Up to $12,500 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the person(s) that on 10/25/2013 fire investigators responded to two separate structure fires at Ingot Auto Dismantlers on Hwy 299 East at 6:05 PM.  While suppressing the fires, they located two bodies within the fire.  Autopsies later revealed both victims were victims of gunshot wounds.  The victims  were identified as Michael “Mikey” Forsyth and Tommy Burton.  Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity is encouraged to call the Shasta Co. 13-32A             Robbery – Up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the person(s) that on 9/30/2012, at 3:55 PM at the Comfort Inn, 850 Mistletoe Lane, Room 301, Redding, CA.  The victims were inside their hotel room when they heard someone knocking at the door.  The suspect stated he worked for the hotel and needed to check on something inside the room.  The 81 year old male opened the door at which time the suspect forced his way in and demanded the victim’s wallet.  The suspect pushed the victim to the ground before forcefully removing the victim’s wallet from his pocket.  The suspect then pushed the 81 year old female to the ground causing injuries to her head and back.  Both victim’s required medical attention as a result of the attack/robbery.  The suspect is described as a black male adult, approximately 30 years old, 5’9”, 160 lbs, with very short hair wearing dark clothing.  Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect’s’ is urged to contact the Redding Police Dept., Investigations Division at

13-31A             Attempted Sexual Assault – Up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the person (s) that on October 7, 2013 between 12:45 PM and 4:40 PM, on the Sacramento River Trail near Court Street.  In three separate incidents, an unknown white male juvenile between the ages of 13-17 attacked three different females.  He suspect is described as being approximately 5’6’, 140 pounds with short brown hair and green eyes.  He was wearing a plaid shirt under a grey hoodie type jacket, blue jeans and skater type shoes.  The suspect grabbed the first victim’s buttocks before riding away on a chrome bike.  Approximately two hours later, he grabbed a second victim from the front before fleeing on a similar bike.  An hour later he attacked the third female by striking her in the head and knocking her unconscious.  She awoke as he was trying to drag her into some bushes.  He fled on foot up the Palatine Trail when she fought back.  Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect’s’ is urged to contact the Redding Police Dept., Investigations Division at 530-225-4214 or to give your tip anonymously to Secret Witness call:  530-243-2319 or go to www.scsecretwitness.com

13-30A             Assault with a Deadly Weapon – Up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the person(s) that on September 25, 2013 at 5 PM, location: Churn Creek Road north of the South Bonnyview Road intersection.  The victim and a friend were walking northbound on the east side of Churn Creek Road when they heard a person yell and a popping sound.  Immediately after hearing the sound the female victim felt intense pain in the area of her left elbow.  The victim soon realized she had been shot and the suspect was a passenger in a white, two door vehicle similar to a 2000-2005 Audi, Acura or BMW. 13-29A             Attempted Homicide – Up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of person(s) that on July 18, 2013 at 11:19 PM, a male and female victim were driving in the area of Grandview Avenue and Stokes Court after a family disturbance.  While in the area they were confronted by two cars blocking the roadway.  An unknown suspect began shooting at the victim’s vehicle.  The victim’s vehicle was struck numerous times, but neither of the occupants was injured.  One of the suspect vehicles was described as a white foreign model car with black rims.  Anyone with information regarding the vehicle or it’s occupants at the time of the shooting identities is encouraged to phone the Redding Police Dept., Investigations Division at

13-27A             Robbery – Up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of person(s) that on 7/25/2013 at 5:22 PM a woman was walking to her car, which was parked in the west parking lot of Redding City Hall, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, CA, when she was pushed to the ground from behind by a suspect.  The suspect subsequently took her purse after a brief struggle, running to a vehicle which was parked nearby.  The vehicle is described as a black or dark gray colored four-door, box-shaped sedan was last seen heading eastbound on Cypress Avenue.  The suspect is described as a white male adult, unknown age, possibly wearing a green shirt and blue shorts with a white belt.  Anyone with any information as to the suspect(s) identities is encouraged to phone the Redding Police Dept., Investigations Division at 530-225-4214 or to give your tip anonymously to Secret Witness call:  530-243-2319 or go to www.scsecretwitness.com

13-26A             Vehicle Theft – Up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of person(s) responsible for the theft of a large, trailer mounted commercial generator that occurred on July 25, 2013.  The theft occurred at the Coleman Fish Hatchery Rd., Anderson, CA.  The generator belongs to I-5 Rentals of Redding, CA.  Follow up information indicates that the generator was seen being towed north of Parkville Road and Millville Plains Road on Wednesday, July 31, 2013.  The generator is mounted on a two axle flat trailer.  The generator is housed in a sheet metal box which is painted white and black.  At the time of the theft, the equipment was marked “I-5 Rentals”.  The generator is valued at $70,000.  Anyone with information is encouraged to call Patrol Officer R Kritzer at the Redding Area CHP office at 530-242-3200 or call Secret Witness at 530-243-2319 or go to www.scsecretwitness.com

13-23A             Civil Rights Violation / Property Damage – Up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of person(s) that on 7/16/213 at 10:45 PM at Bush Street in Keswick, CA, unknown suspect(s) cut the gas line to a 500 gallon propane tank.  The propane leak caused the area to be evacuated.  The victim’s vehicle was also vandalized and homosexual slurs were scratched into the paint.  The victims were targeted because of their sexual orientation.  Anyone with information is encouraged to phone the Shasta Co. 13-16A             Burglary – Up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of person(s) that on April 2013 at Highway 89, Hat Creek, CA, a vacation home was burglarized.  A $27,000 2007 New Holland Tractor with loader bucket was stolen.  Also missing is an antique rocking chair, cow skin rugs, Navajo rugs, fly fishing gear, multiple household items.  Suspect seemed to be headed in the area of the Rancheria RV Park.  Value of items taken $80,000.  Looking for return of items and suspect.  Anyone with information is encouraged to phone the Shasta Co.                         Cameron.  On 8/18/2012 at 2:30am, Heather called 911 and requested law enforcement.

Cameron was on foot in the Chappie-Shasta OHJ area.  Cameron claimed she was drugged and needed help.  An extensive search was conducted for Cameron and she was not located.  Cameron has not bee seen or heard from since 08/18/2012 and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance are suspicious.  Anyone with any information regarding Cameron’s whereabouts’ is encouraged to phone the Shasta Co. 12-22A             Attempted Murder - Up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of:  At 7:41pm on 09-04-2012 at Snoopy Rock, State Hwy 299, Ingot, CA, two victims, on vacation had pulled off Hwy 299 for the male half to use the restroom. The victim was confronted by a suspect riding a Harley Davidson-type motorcycle.  The victim saw the suspect with a handgun and a struggle ensued.  During this struggle, the victim was shot in his chest.  The suspect then left on his motorcycle.  Suspect described as white male adult, 5’8” to 5’9” tall, thin build, blonde hair and wearing a black T-shirt.  Suspect was not wearing a helmet.  Only the male victim was shot and he was treated at the local hospital for his wounds.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Shasta Co. 11-08A             Armed Robbery/VC Vehicle Theft - Up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of 2 suspects that robbed the Tower Mart Mini Mart at 1675 Ponderosa Dr.,Anderson, CA.  Store employee was confronted as she unlocked the front door of the business forcing her inside.  They stole cash and merchandise.  Suspects then stole the employee’s vehicle, a green 2006 Jeep Liberty SUV, CA #5LTL003.  One suspect was a man, 20-30 yrs, very blue eyes, chubby build, blue jeans, red boxers, blk gloves, blk, ski mask with holes for eyes and mouth.  Suspect was armed with a handgun.  The other suspect had dark clothing, gloves and ski mask.  Anyone with knowledge of the persons responsible for this crime can contact Investigator Det. COLD CASE REWARDS

 

CC 008             Felony Hit and Run - Up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of  the person(s) that struck Jon W. Muncy, 53 as he was riding his bicycle southbound on Riverland Drive near Riverland Mobile Home Park.  Muncy was struck from the rear.  The unknown vehicle fled the scene apparently without stopping.  Muncy was critically injured and later died from his injuries.  The crime occurred 11-22-2010 at 6:30pm.  

 

CC 007             Attempted Murder - Up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Jose Felipe Mendoza for the crime of Kidnapping, rape, and spousal assault.  The crime occurred in 10:04am on 10/31/2009 at the 99 Cent Store parking lot at 2611 Hilltop dr., Redding.  On 11/30/2009 suspect Jose Mendoza returned to his estranged wife’s residence in the afternoon and shot her boyfriend twice in the head.  He then fled the scene in a grey or blue compact car.  He may also be driving a red 4x4 Toyota extended cab pick-up.  This suspect is listed on the internet as one of Redding Police Dept’s Most Wanted.  /19/2009

 

CC 006             Homicide - Up to $10, 000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s)  responsible for the homicide of Christina Stevens on or about November 9, 2007.  Ms. Stevens’ body was discovered in a burned house located at 13445 Old Oregon Trail, Redding by the fire personnel.  The house fire appeared to have been set in an effort to cover up the homicide.

SR 021-P          Vandalism - Up to $250 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of vandals slashing tires in Shasta Forest Village, east end of Thumper Dr., Shingletown.  This has been an on-going crime.  Tires or Travel Trailer and cars tires have been slashed.        

                       

SR 020             Illegal Drugs - Up to $500 by Shasta Co. Sheriff’s Dept., Shasta Interagency Narcotics Task Force and Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement are prepared to give rewards on a case to case basis for information about marijuana cultivation, illegal drug labs and all narcotics sales.

 

SR 016             Arson - Up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of any people responsible for Arson

Fires burning or threatening commercial federal or state timberlands in Plumas, Lassen, Tehama, Modoc, Shasta, and Siskiyou counties. From various fire agencies.

 

SR 015             Up to $500 for information about illegal digging at archaeological sites and removal of artifacts from sites on National Forest Lands.

 

SR 014             Up to $500 for information about vandalism to Bureau of Land Management property.

 

SR 012             Up to $1,000 for information about those who violate fish and wildlife laws.   

State Dept of Fish & Game.

 

SR 010             Up to $500 is offered by the Cattleman’s Association for information about killing, theft and vandalism to property belonging to their members.

 

SR 009             Up to $500 for information about vandalism to public property in the Burney area.
