A Redding man is in critical condition after he refused to stop for officers and led them on a high speed chase. As of 3:30 Wednesday morning, he is listed in critical condition at Mercy Medical Center.
The case is being sent to the Shasta County District Attorney's office for considerations of a criminal complaint against Davies for Felony Evading a Peace Officer, Felony Evading while Driving on the Wrong Side of the Roadway, Driving Under the Influence, Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content of .01 or More While on Probation for Driving Under the Influence.
