The two cousins from Orland arrested in connection with two armed robberies in Chico, are now possibly linked to a third robbery.

Butte County Sheriff’s Detectives served a search warrant at the home of 24-year-old Joshua Gomez and 20- year-old Lissette Gomez, and found evidence potentially connecting the pair to the December 14th robbery of the Tower Mart at West East Avenue and Highway 32.

The two were arrested Tuesday night by Chico Police following hold-ups at the Tower Mart Store on Lassen Avenue, and the Jackpot Food Mart on Walnut Avenue.

Joshua and Lissette Gomez remain behind bars in the Butte County Jail, and are being investigated as possible suspects in other area robberies as well.
