Morning House Fire Leaves A Man Displaced

The Red Bluff Fire Department responded to a house fire on Tuesday morning around 7:00 am on the 300 block of Main Street.

When fire crews arrived at the scene, they found the fire well established in the interior and in the attic of the structure threatening other homes nearby. The fire was contained after about one hour, fire officials stayed on the scene to investigate.

The house is considered to be a total loss, a man was living inside the home during the time of the fire.  The house did not have any insurance on the house, Red Cross was called to assist in housing the man.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
