Cardigan Welsh Corgi, "Coco Posh" won best breed early this morning at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York, for the second year in a row. Coco's owner, Julie Divens, lives in Red Bluff and is extremely excited and said Coco has only been competing for two years and has won a number of competitions. Divens tells Action News Now, this year's "best in breed" competition had nearly three times the number of Cardigan Welsh Corgi's as last year, and Coco Posh faced extremely tough competition. Coco Posh will go on to compete tonight in her group, the herding group. Tonight's competition is live on CNBC from 8pm-11pm.
