Oroville police responded to a disturbance early this morning where they arrested several gang members. Officers were called out to the Denny's on Oro Dam Boulevard just after 12:30 a.m. where they found four men, all identified as criminal street gang members. Officers found a loaded .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun on Jerald Moua, 19, of Oroville. Police say one of the other men, Johnny Thao, 19, had a warrant out of Sacramento for weapons violations. Three of the four men were arrested and booked into the Butte County Jail. The fourth was interviewed and later released. Moua is facing several firearm related charges with gang enhancements.
