The annual T.J. Memorial Butte County Toy Run will take place Saturday, December 7th regardless of rain, sleet or snow.

It's a motorcycle ride and toy drive to benefit children served by Butte County Child Protective Services. Funds are also raised to help with unmet needs of children thorughout the year.

Registration is at 9:30 a.m. in the parking lot of Chico City Hall, and the ride kicks off with a motorcycle parade through Downtown Chico, complete with Santa Claus at 11 a.m.

Riders usually travel throughout the county before meeting up at the Calvary Chapel in Magalia.

Inclement weather may change plans and the ride could be shorter, ending at Hall's Harley Davidson in Chico instead.

Everyone is welcome to show up and show support with a toy or financial donation, whether you're riding or not.
For more information call Calvary Chapel at 873-3114 or Hall's Harley Davidson at 893-1918.
